THE WORLD OF MIKE OLDFIELD

Opus One Orchestra has performed in various formats with five of Mike Oldfield’s historic vocalists, as well as with Galen Ayers, daughter of Oldfield’s mentor Kevin Ayers.

Maggie Reilly—the iconic voice behind "Moonlight Shadow," "To France," "Family Man," and many other Mike Oldfield hits—is the artist with whom we have collaborated most frequently. Opus One has performed alongside the Scottish singer on six occasions, in cities such as Barcelona, ​​Madrid, and Tarragona.

In addition to the Glasgow-born singer, Opus One maintains an ongoing collaboration with Rosa Cedrón, with whom Oldfield recorded Tubular Bells III and toured during the Spanish leg of The Night of the Proms. Their concert at Santa Cristina Beach (Galicia)—performed before a crowd of 150,000 people with The Corrs as the opening act—remains a historic event.

Barry Palmer (the unmistakable voice of "Crime of Passion"), the stunning Anita Hegerland ("Pictures in the Dark"), rocker Roger Chapman ("Shadow on the Wall"), and Nikki Lamborn ("Earth Moving") round out the lineup of artists with whom we have worked to date.
